October 7, 2014, Fashion Guru Tai Chunn, was celebrated in the Septemeber 2014 Black Enterprise Magazine Issue fro independently creating a huge name for himself and overcoming so many adversities in the Fashion Industry. A Coppin State University Theatre arts graduate and former social worker, Tai Chunn has knowledge and has been in the fashion, music, and entertainment Industry  for 20 + years and currently owns MVC Management Productions a full service backstage production company that he incorporated in 1997. Tai Chunn has coordinated Back stage operations for Victoria Secret, BET's Rip the Runway and New York's Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. Tai Chunn has also worked with Diana Von Furstenberg and Tracey Reese. In 2012, MVC made history as being the first African American owned and operated production company to represent at Mercedes-Benz Fasion week.

The venue, Studio XXI was perfect for the event. It was classy and spacious but still allowed for a intimate setting among all those who love, care for and were there to celebrate Tai Chunn and all of his achievements.

Tai Chunn was interviewed on our red carpet, and photos with celebs, actors & friends were taken throughout the night.

Amongst all the celebration Tai Chunn introduced us to a preview of his new TV show "Call Me" which illustrates the secret world of the male escort business. Look out for it!

The evening was an amazing success. We had a lot of press in the bulding, fellow alumnis of Tai Chunn, family, friends, actors, producers, Black Enterprise Magazine and more. We had a great display of delicious cupcakes by Cupcake Divas. Keeping us rocking with the best tunes was model, fashionista DJ Juss. He completely captured the crowds energy and had everyine dancing and having a good time all night long.

Tai Chunn delivered us an amazing genuine, inspiring speech in which he thanked everyone from family, friends and those in the industry who have given the opportunity to continue to grow and be successful in this so diverse and competitive industry.

As we wrapped up, all those involved in the event did an exceptional job cleaning up and making sure venue remained immpeccable. All guests were amazing, professional and classy. Studio XXI, Black Enterprise Magazine, Tai Chunn and I are very pleased with the evening. Thank you all for coming out and sharing this special moment with Tai Chunn.
